i was quite surprised not alot of people like this manga, personally i love it so much. Maybe, because of how relatable some characters are to me, both nakamura and takao. I understand the vision this manga is trying to imply-- For me, i feel like takao got seriously attached to nakamura as; him as someone who thrives to be different, the proof is that he reads deep books and he himself admits he likes such things because it is different from other people. So, Nakamura appearing in his life-- SHE'S very different, she's clearly mentally ill and gets happy brain chemicals from doing something dangerous, Takao saw that she's a somehow 'manic pixie dream girl' in a way it feels like standing out to nakamura may somehow satisfy his heart. They could be trauma-bonding nevertheless love is so complex, Love is shown differently here. I wonder what happend to nakamura after takao lived a normal life. I wanna know more about her perspective and why is she the way she is.
