They don't have mothers, so far we know, all demon kings are created from power of demon king alone.
This information was in a vol extra , I don't remember which one, they have a lot of this lind of little informations also some fan questions and answers and mini extra comics , mangago doesn't have extras but you can find them in (answer below) they also have some one or two extra drawings after each chapter
