we're still at ch 12, and it doesn't have a novel, so there's really no concrete backup for the tragedy tag. I feel like it will not be tragic. Just an MCD tag would be enough ig.

Do you mean the guy who brought the flower? Looking closely at the cover (I used the scan team's credit page) rotated it and compared it, then yes he should be the same guy. But seeing how the story progressed as of ch 12, now I'm not sure.
I read the raw too n I don't understand shit ╥﹏╥ umm did the one on the cover had a lover who looked similar to uke too?
