I completely agree. The skip was unnecessary. They could’ve spent a whole chapter discussing how they reduced Ben and how he can be out of castle and in town without his mother knowing. Why remove important details? It makes no sense to remove rescuing Ben but to include rishar making soup, it’s so random
Why skip the whole saving Ben? I mean how did Etienne got Ben out of the castle and hand him over to Shar? Even spent an entire day or two in the town. Or am I just nitpicking and that info is not important?
