For real! I didn't love the way he's acting in the recent chapters but the recent chapters are being weird and dragged out overall. Like before that he literally didn't do anything. People are acting like he cheated when all he ever did was be loyal to someone who shouldn't even be in a relationship
It's just one of those times where annoying charac are much hated, best to ignore. This arc also has been a drag coz we don't need to see how loyal Rindo is (he already proven it) but then again this is more of a Yanagi closure arc and it's like author is purposely making Rindo denser than ever so yeah
It's not forced..... It would be one thing if he was acting like this during the initial chapters..he would get a free pass for that but we've come this far, he knows and accepted amane after all the crazy shits they've been through together and know how he feels but he still choose to be a bitch... So yeah it's valid....(Author kinda messed up his character in this arc)
And people were on hating on amane too when he pulled that stunt, they jst don't bring that shit everytime to justify rindo and yanagi bullshit.....
