man i've been thinking about this for a while with given too. like kizu natsuki's designs were admittedly a little horse-faced at first but from vol 3 to vol 6, her character designs were peakkk. the change is so apparent with hiragi too - he went from having such intense, mean-looking eyes and a strong square jawline to super moe and a teardrop face
i've never seen anyone talk about this and ur so right T-T it's not really my style so i just stick to their older stuff
I’ve noticed a lot of long-running BL artists style becomes more moe and cutesy as they continue, i.e kanna kii and umibe no etranger, kizu and given vs given 10th mix lol
