How have I never heard the word "thot" before

If you’re super young then it would make sense. This word was pretty common in like 2015 or smt, it was almost nostalgic to read the word again lmaoo. There was a meme about this where the question was whether you’d prefer to have a gay son or thot daughter, this meme kinda popularised the word.
