From what I remember is that ml did want him to become an omega but didn’t want him to forget about him (ml)!! The seller didn’t mention the side effects it would have on him which is why ml is so pissed off and worried atm!! (So sorry for this doesn’t make sense)
The seller guy wanted to screw ml over something (couldn’t remember what must be something in the industry he works in) and probably knew how precious mc was to him and wanted ml to suffer seeing mc like that and all to boost the seller’s own career? I think the seller knew ml wouldn’t of took the drug if he mentioned the side effects (which again to screw him over but still) idk why wants mc to be an omega so badly I don’t think I recall mc saying he wanted to be one but idk (〜￣△￣)〜
