I'm just predicting cause I like to predict but what if nanjo suddenly brakes up with twink, and twink is wondering why they broke up and Since they broke up the contract is invalid. so Mok and him stop having gex and Mok is all confused still pursuing nanjo but nanjo leaves to have some time to think for himself. Since as of now we still haven't heared of his feelings, I take him to be the silent type who takes a bit of patience to reach a certain point. Well he breaks up with twink after realizing the feels just aren't there anymore. And what comes next is the start of perhaps something new?
He doesn't like Mok but after some trials and tribulations, Mok will realize the error of his ways and start treating Nanjo better, I hope he spoils him rotten and whatevs. This is obviously a "what if" and shouldn't be taken seriously since people seem to be taking this BL so seriously,
