The beginning makes Seoin seem very toxic as he does mention grape, but once you actually get into the story you realize how much depth each character has. Both characters like to avoid their trauma, which in Seoin case makes him look like an asshole. But he does love yeongwoon and from my view would never grape him. Obviously you never know since some authors can ruin the story, by including it for no reason. But do far everything is consensual and there is genuine love between both characters they're just both scared to admit it.
