This was weird and fast. I suppose he's dreaming? Because I don't believe jerk mugo would want to share him with anyone anymore. And their faces turned black like when he was with those forest spirits. So he must have that lingering energy o something in him so he's dreaming those kind of things... right?
Mc really needs a serious talk with glasses mugo. Mc's been so lost and broken since he was rejected, as a 'person' and a sacrifice. He doesn't have an identity now and rely on whoever shows him kindness and care. Both of those mugos, jerk and monster, want mc in selfish ways (for now) and like mc said, he's there if he can be of any use and be protected.
With one word his world crumbled, his beliefs shaken and now, he doesn't understand why he's there and alive. He needs help but if that wasn't a dream and those two really jumped him.... well, that's the route this is gonna take till the plot gets serious again.
