It's said he's on the smaller side even as an adult because of his mother's Maltese influence and malnutrition, plus his digestive system is bad.

I'm curious, does he every grow to be an adult dog though? Isn't his form just a puppy? They said he was a Jindo Maltese mix and is a puppy so I was curious if he ever grows or what
