I have desperately been looking for a bl comic that I read a few years ago. I believe it is a manhua, but possibly a manwha. it is full color as well thought its a bit washed out and Grey from what I remember.

SO what I remember of the plot is -
-uke is ml? not exactly sure, but he very ill. he takes pills and easily passes out. from what I remember people found him to be cold and harsh, but he was just sick. he has grey or purple hair and I THINK its from how stressed and sick he is.
- seme is mc ? again not exactly sure. he has brown hair and is a TOTAL DICK to uke. but like other than that he's a normal college guy. he hates uke because of something that happened with their families? like I think ukes sister started dating semes dad while the main characters were in highschool, and idk what really happens but seme tweaks tf out and punches uke
- uke moves into semes dorm. It's a four person dorm so they share it with people.
