If it softens the blow some, I just read chapter 54 and the actual penetration rape part was omitted from the chapter and it was left to our imagination, we do see the after math of chaon’s body and the semen coming out of him. It did show him forcibly have to suck the dude’s dick though prior.

- switches to a scene with kang-oh and chaon and he's groping chaon's butt; chaon tries to push him away, but kang-oh punches his stomach
- kang-oh sticks his dick in, so chaon reaches for the lamp on the bedside table and whacks kang-oh with it, trying to leave
- kang-oh punches his face this time and rapes him
- after he's done, he tells dohyun to take a picture of chaon's raped and broken body for sehan to see
- he says he won't be satisfied until he sees sehan kneeling and throwing up in front of him
