not at all. It does have some extra details like what Zigril did to Helena instead of the "fade to black" thing the webtoon did, but overall it's the exact same, not worth the read.
I'm sad they cut off the part mentioning Kay birthed this kid by ingesting a pill that opened up a special hole just for the birthing process, since c-section is not possible for alosha pregnancies. Cowards
