It's about them in the future, and the author made a few panels in which they had unstable relationships, like his uncle and Kanna. Which we don't know yet if they end up together.

wait, after making a deep research... I think you're spreading misinformation.... Like the author/artist drew the sketches/fanart in blue but it wanst to spoil their ending and stuff, it was just because they wanted to draw a paralel world/future where they would fight and would have angst! They didnt say it was canon of the blue part and they havent really posted anything to indicate that the future chapters will be with angst
maybe you misunderstood it wrong or you believed in fake stuff
