I don't think so, it's shown that they adults really cared about looks when adopting a chile. Maybe It doesn't necessarily have to be about whether or not they have a psychological condition, but perhaps the fact that they are stigmatized breeds (black cats, hyenas, rabbits, etc.) or have some physical disability.So the day is more like an opportunity for those children to show who they really are, and get a family.
Asking because when we get the flashback of the orphanage having a day for “special children” and the translated paperwork being something like that. I was kind of curious that maybe another reason why he wasn’t accepted besides his ear and tail. Again just a random thought
