In my opinion, this "poor little femboy" got money for their surgery (not that it was stated that they are trans after transition but everybody seems to think like that here) after selling drugs and ruining lives of young kids, so...

It was funny, period. And ML didn't hate on trans people, he just realised "monster schlong" is not his type. Why should it be? Not my type either. (Even tho it had a cute face. XD)
