Bruh its an apocalyptic world and hes a leader, im not surprised nor mad and dont think its toxic, just the way their world works. Its his job, and he clearly did not enjoy it. He was literally sobbing and most likely does not know any better. Tbh I think he has been modified and brainwashed somehow.
