Why the FUCK did they voted for Yes?
And why that ugly guy smirk when Gwoon said they would vote first?
No no no no no, something is off here.

Aaaand, why that was just so like "Negan"???
I love Negan, but this was so cliché
Almost a plagiarism

Because the whole village only survives if the people outside the village are alive to bring back supplies. If those people die then the people in the village have to be the ones on the outside. They made this rule so they never have to go outside ever again. If you watched sweet home, something similar happens. The people in the mall gave supplied and rations to those who explored. We also do this with our military. Military get provisions and free stuff all the time because we are using them for our own gain. They don’t actually gain anything and can die at any moment.

Which ugly guy? He was probably smirking cause he knew it would turn out this way. You’re forgetting this is a post apocalyptic world where laws don’t exist and our views of civilisation no longer apply. If you haven’t, I suggest reading Lord of the flies (classic novel). It shows how civilisations break when laws disappear and although it feels like freedom, it isn’t. The kids in that book end up forming their own laws and some pretty messed up things happen on the island they got stuck on. This village and this world is the same. They found freedom in their laws since someone else (gyuwon) is calling the shots. Everyone in that village and outside of the villain are not sane anymore. Even the children do not process the world how our world would. Unless you’ve lived in a war torn world where every single day was a struggle to survive, I don’t think you’d fully be able to understand the mindset these people have.
