I mean yeah but I thought it was also said that the doctor is the only other SSS esper. So wouldn’t they both technically be on the same level ig? But no also why isn’t the agency not sending a message during that day saying their psychologist may try and get them to commit suicide.

Honestly yeah it wouldn’t be ideal to scare all those people but even it they do try to handle him and the doctor somehow does get away all those people are still at risk it’s better to have a safety net and tell all those people including there espers to not take any call or messages from the doctor saying he’s a treat and to take caution. Not only does that eliminate the threat he has but gives them more time to create a better plan to eliminate him.
They don't know how his powers work, so that's why they haven't stopped him. What if he already has motions in place for, "If this happens, play this recording." Or "If this happens, kill yourself." And the order was already given. He's spent time with almost every single guide it sounds like. Who's to say he hasn't already made them kill themselves mentally, but their bodies are still alive
I thought the ML is a super duper strong one, he should just kill them both instantly, or at least make a bargain and think of something to save the guides on hostage. can they just restrain the old hag lunatic man like what they did to Jinwu guy so he can't use his power or whatever?
