also, i don’t believe it’s necessarily the fact that he killed dude, it’s just the way he decided to beat bro to death. to give him an agonizing, slow death rather than cut off his head or some shit. ik “death” is the specific punishment, but deciding upon exile would be just as effective but wouldn’t involve people needing to witness splattered brains, gang… :/
