Yah, but they're not "supporting" the author, they're just reading off of aggregator sites like rabbit and the illegal translation ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Not the best way of support but it's not nothing. The more eyes are on the unofficial sites the more will be on the official ones too.
It not support at all, because these people will not be reading the Korean ver anyway cuz they don't know the language （￣へ￣）
I'm slowly growing more and more convinced that either the artist just wanted to draw their fav scenes while glossing over anything else from the novel, or a lot of content was axed on purpose to get people to go read the novel. Which works since I swear like almost everyone who read up until this point started reading the novel or is searching for links-
