No, he is not a villain, he actually become very good friends with the Ronny (they are great friends like few chapter after that when Clause teach him how to write letters to his mother). They scold him a little saying "you should listen to what Melody wants" and a little for being rude to a noble and that's it.
He was never treated as a bad person, one of the things I like there is that they try to communicate and rationalize it.
I rlly hope they don’t villainize Isaiah for being v disdainful over Melody meeting her mother bc he’s right sorry
