The beta fell for the alpha but the alpha was still hung up on the omega. However, the omega like the beta but he only saw him as a friend. Once, the omega found out that the alpha and beta we dating he decided to break them up. The omega would call out to the alpha whenever the alpha was on a date with the beta. The alpha would always abandon the beta. The omega even drugged the beta and the alpha raped the beta. Eventually the beta and alpha break up and the omega steps in and woos the beta. The omega and the beta are together, now. The alpha realizes he messed up and tries to get back with the beta. The beat tells him now. The alpha goes into pheromone shock and his bond with the omega is broken. I can remember why but the beta gets sick so the omega call his doctor. The doctor either knows that the omega drugged the beta or the omega tells the doctor. Either way the beta over hears and confronts the omega. The beta goes home and finds out his brother (an omega) is pregnant with his partner's (the beta's boss and friend of the omega) child. He puts on a brave face but inside feels like his world is falling apart again. The next day he runs away rather than risk abandonment, again. If I missed anything please feel free to add.
