Well, the thing is, Jiwook actually did face minor legal punishment for raping Juyeon but it was a slap on the wrist (community service) because even in yaoiland, the Korean justice system is fucked up.
well i can agree rape is bad regardless of what a person has done in the past, it’s just a story so i find it hard to sympathise with immoral characters when immoral things happen to them in the storyline in of itself
