The elf king told renato that one wish can be granted to his descendents to obtain happiness . Renato wish was to be an omega to give khalid a child. When renato realized what he wanted, he became terribly sick as his body was turning to an omega. According to the doctor, he is still an beta in some ways bc the only one who can smell his pheromones is khalid. But right after his body was finished with the turn, he immediately looks for khalid. When he cant find him, he went to the closet and took all of his clothes and formed a nest. Khalid entered the room, realizing he was in heat. They mated and I believe khalid marked him. They gave birth to twins, one alpha and one beta. The oldest child is hella active while the second just stays put.
