Yeah, after this first chapter it's already 100% clear that Uno will be the bottom... You can also tell by the physical traits of the characters, I mean by the way the author portrayed them... Anyway, it often happens in yaoi that the "third wheel" top in love with the bottom in the main series becomes a bottom himself in his own spin-off with his new love interest, this doesn't even surprise me anymore!
In the red candy series uno was a top so idk, i kinda feel yk if this series makes him a bottom, but it's uno's story and he deserves it
