I don't think there can be twins, in chapter 10 ML's underlings are calling him vice president and from his conversation with his 'coworker' it's confirmed that the gallery owner is his boss.
Also instead of the twin/double personality theory, Yeseung fucking the old man and not wanting him to see him with MC seems more plausible. The boss' hand inside his collar made it obvious that there's something going on between them. Or he might just be fucking with the MC's head lmao
