How would you not freak out when someone you care about gets so sick they lose consciousness infront of you and lose more weight when they were already skinny to begin with ? Add that to the fact that they're literally just kids lol freaking out is normal

Intense stomach pain is no joke. It's worst than period cramps. It literally feels like you're dying. I trust Pengki won't go to that route :(( but having that sickness is a horror to have especially if you have anemia and more, probably why people are anxious
