feeling weird about this story

ngl the gangbang scene really ruined part of the story for me. I don't like when authors use this kind of scene just to instantly forget about it. It caused physical trauma that the omega overcame easily. it pmo soo much that nobody did something about it, not even the alpha was mad about a bunch of strangers forcing his love to get pregnant, no one gave a shit about the twisted grandpa; the mom tried it, but never really did something.
this story had everything to not fall into cliches in omegaverse and still did it... everything between the main couple was going on smoothly, but then the alpha was just useless, it was all talk about wanting to protect the omega, at the end he just accepted that they raped him and moved on.

the part of the recessive alpha suddenly having pheromones and marking him was a little bit confusing to me; i wish they would've explained it better but instead just said it as if it was a miracle or a casualty! wow congrats! now you're just like any other alpha, but society will still judge you for being different, even when it doesn't even matter anymore???

i wanted to love this story sooo bad because the second couple was everything, even the baby was okay too.
but at the end, it was another omegaverse with poor writing, other work from this author called "secret therapy" is one of my faves so i guess i was expecting a lot.... (⊙…⊙ )
