It's not even an Islamic quote, it's a saying which has been around for more then 500 years in Europe and we literally know nothing about its origin, besides the meaning which has pretty much remained the same.
I'm sorry but I can't help but laugh at the irony in complaining about the phrase used as disrespectful to a certain religion when you're (1) reading in an illegal site and (2) reading content which your religion considers as sin. Spare us please lmao.
