She's smiling because he's going to die and she just found out that she actually wants him to. The glass is shattered on the interior door of a two door area, the exterior door is still fine. It's like a litte rectangle with a door on one end to outside, and on the other end to inside (at least that's my understanding of the space)
one of what i despise are pdf. But wait why was she smiling like that? was she the one who opened the door. And the fishermen are really trouble i hope those two guys outside could do something. How could they stay there anymore if the glass are shattered
