I re-read recently, and yes you are right. It was mentioned that the bracelet is only supplementary, so once Taegun's levels are stabilized, the bracelet will naturally come off. Meaning that he won't need to consistently receive physical guiding anymore. Though I don't know KR so idk what was said in the next chapters-- but I can guess that Taegun doesn't want to end their "business" relationship now that he doesn't need as much guiding anymore. After all, Taegun is still scared of love - so he he's probably hesitant about seeing Eunsung in a private/personal sense.
