I think its "the walking dead" its a zombie series
Yes it is, the walking dead. it ran from like 2011-2023, it is one of my favorites and has some amazing character arcs.
I like how Guwon is basically a version of Negan. Using violence to instill fear and obedience. It was a surprise that Guwon did this.
However, I will say, if anyone has watched the full TWD and the sequel, Negan is pretty much fully redeemed and he protects the child whose father he killed in the pivotal bat scene.
Also, the hounds? What?
