Watched the drama on this years ago. When I started to read this I had no idea it was the inspiration to the show until the song started playing. I first heard “I wish you” in the drama and GODDAMN I loved it. The harmony is great and it’s a comfort song. I know all the lyrics and when reading the lyrics for this song(in the book) and realizing it was the same, I realized the song, the plot(kind of), and the characters were(kind of) the same. I definitely do think they could’ve done this story more justice, seeming as I always had an impression of it being rushed-even when knowing nothing about this book that goes a bit more in depth. Oh and if you’re interested, the drama is on Viki with the same title. Used to be in Netflix(where I watched it originally) but they removed it coz they’re haters. ENJOY!!
