It might be implied, but that doesn’t mean he actually is. I’m not trying to sound like I’m on a high horse - I know this is just fiction, but I don’t think it’s okay for people to assume characters have mental disorders or are on the spectrum. It can encourage others to self-diagnose, which isn’t great. Even if it seems obvious, or someone relates based on personal experience, it doesn’t mean we should label it like that. The MC and ML are just written as an airhead and a tsundere. Simple as that. No need to attach diagnoses.
