I think seoin is the yellow flag who was misinterpreted by people as red or black flag i wonder why because yes he was manipulated and a bit pushy as well but he never intended to harm yeongwoon in any way, he just wanted to have his way with him and he even apologised later when he tried to force himself on yeongwoon and yw ran away, (happened in season 1) from my personal view i haven't seen any red or black flag to apologise this early after forcing themselves
