The uni arc is covered by almost half of the novel chapters so there is a lot to say tbh. But essentially they separate after the high school graduation and find each other again at the dorms in the Korea University. Yohan was actually really desperate to find Jun. He asked and begged around, even their homeroom teacher, because Jun cut him out from his life. So Yohan finds out Jun was staying at the dorm and they end up in the same room. Jun asked him to leave. And so Yohan does. Some time passes and then, there is a turning point after Minho tries to take revenge on Jun (about some stuff happened in high school) throwing on him acid. Yohan gets there just in time to cover Jun, so he ends up severely hurt. After this incident they get closer and the real romance starts

No that's Junwoo. What I'm about to say will likely happen soon on the manhwa.
So first of all Jun finds out Yohan is gay. Some time later, when he's at Yohan's home he notices how Yohan is treated by his own family and he believes the reason for this treatment its because they find out Yohan's sexual orientation.
Seeing how Yohan acts so different at home, Jun feels so angry and starts acting with arrogance with Yohan's family. When the two are alone again, Yohan suddenly starts to get angry, hes convinced Jun acted that way to belittle him in front of his family. Serious bad stuff happens and Jun runs away from the house. From this moment on, Jun slowly starts to get ostracised in the classroom. Yohan purposely ignores him. Other times he acts up (because of jealousy).
At a certain point, Jun enters in a fight with one of the ex Junwoo's lackeys. He kinda wins but still ends up in hospital. And when he wakes up, there is Yohan. They end up talking (turning point for Yohan) and when he comes back school, Yohan gets close to Jun again. Even tho Jun kinda put an emotional distance with him, totally intentioned to cut ties with Yohan with college.
Jun had to work hard about the college entrance because with everything that happened his grades dropped (ended up being 7th in class and 12th in the school, instead of his usual 1^ or 2^ place). Yohan's mother actually offers some informations to Jun's mom (later we find out its Yohan who asked. He really wanted to go to the same college as Jun).
So for this reason he was angry with Yohan, but he got in, in the early admission. But he didnt take up Business but Political Science. He let everyone think he didn't pass, and told just another classmate (with whom he got ""close"") about his plan of going to the dorms.
So when high school ends, in a circumstance, after meeting Yohan, Jun texts him telling he hates him, and he blocks Yohan.
Lets skip to graduation. They see each other again. Yohan was so earnest when he saw Jun, started thanking God because he prayed to let him meet Jun. And they kinda kiss.
Jun in the next days kinda panics. He didnt want to have anything to do with Yohan, also because he was afraid of getting caught from others. So they dont hear of each other anymore. Even tho Yohan is still searching for him. And then they meet at the dorms and so everything i told you in the last reply happens
About the bankruptcy, thats something that happens to Junwoo. Jun's family is and will keep being filthy rich. And Jun won't miss a year because in the end he gets to enter into college with the early admission. Even tho he could have entered with the general admission too because his CSAT grade was a perfect score. But he makes believe Yohan and the others he didn't pass with the early admission and before he did the CSAT everybody thought he would have ended up skipping a year to try getting in the uni the next one
