It's a story where they are a very loving family at first but as the kids grew older their parents starts to neglect them because of their work. Main character is a girl and from what i remember she argued with her parents and walk out then got into an accident, and she got reincarnated into another family but she didn't expect that they are neighbors with her family from the past. It's a very short story and from a webtoon.
