The book is about an officer worker called Yuuki and his roommate Takano his former Kouhai who's two years younger than him.
The story begins with Yuuki seating at a dinner party with his co-workers having a drinks discussing Yuuki's roommate who is really abusive towards him. One of them mocks him for even choosing to stay with that roommate, as if Yuuki enjoys it.
A foreshadowing of what's to come.
Yuuki decides to leave the dinner party and here we have a small monolog of what happened for the two to meet and how they ended up dating.
Yuuki returns home and is immediately confronted by his roommate Takano about him being late. Not because he's worried about his lover but Rather due to his customers.
Yuuki hints at so foreplay before the customer arrives which he gets for a moment but ends up being beat up by Takano for liking his 'cock'.
Next he deals with the customer and Takano let's the man absolutely destroy the guy. Then as Yuuki somewhat begs for Takano to take him which he does in a slightly disgusted like manner. He ponders on a childhood memory.
Foot binding.
His father once brought a pair of shoes for his sister but he got the wrong size. His mother said it was like binding someone's feet so that they aren't trap.
He then smiles at the thought of who it could be between him and Takano. And the book ends.

This book is highly abusive. It's us following the point of view of a manipulated victim who is extremely touch starved.
The fact that he tells us that since the beginning of the relationship, this was always their dynamic eats away at any signs of romance.
Yuuki is damn well aware that Takano is a parasite who feeds off him and destroys him in the process. While Takano too views Yuuki as a parasite, but one that is sluty and must serve him.
It tries to hint at BDSM where Takano is a sadist while Yuuki is a masochist but the atmosphere is far from that troupe.
It broke my heart when he realized at the end, Yuuki smiles with realization that he is the one bounded to this relationship.
Takano knows he's the only one who can satisfy Yuuki's starved heart with false words of affection for as you can see from the start of the Manga, No one really seems worried about him being abused. Secondly, he says his dad brought his sister something for China or Taiwan, but never that he got something in return.
Yuuki might have never experienced genuine love and he was probably so desperate he dated Takano with the hopes that he'd finally experience it, but fell into the hands of an abuser.
I feel like he wants to get out, but he's too scared of going back to a life where he isn't loved or embraced. Where he's fully... alone.
I honestly hope if this gets some sort of a side story. Takano dies or something and Yuuki gets a better lover because I know damn well that if Yuuki tries to move on , that bastard will hunt him down and get him back. And Yuuki will willingly do so.
