I don’t understand that many main characters have this sense of protection toward their loved ones where they don’t give any thought to their own relationship and love that the other party has invested so many emotions into.
For example, leila choose the option of destroying or letting go her and kyle’s relationship, hurt uncle bill too by not going to university but not tackling the one woman who is threatening her? Every person should be accountable for their deeds. This so called act of being the bigger person breaks relationships and destroy so many dreams in so many stories.
