You probably already understand this, but just in case you forgot: Dane is fighting to subdue the beast (in order to test his ability to claim another person’s summon like he did in that multi-test from before). However, the old head of the summoners’ association is basically trying to pull a power move on the teacher by proving Dane isn’t as good as she says he is by giving him what the head thought was an impossible task.
I was hoping he'd yank the summon out of the Professor's control tbh. Or like subdue it using aura or mana or rewriting the summon formula or something less neanderthal such as poking the summon with a pointy stick.
It would be cooler giving an impossible answer to such an impossible task. (￣∇￣")
Yet they're treating this like some monster hunting test.
