I hate that the ML always get away from his shitty behavior. From all the lying, the coercion, even the way he played with MC's feelings. Not even a chapter where the fucking bastard got his karma for all the horrible things he did. It may look like the MC is a complete pushover but he's actually not. It's just that the plot heavily favors the ML so he can do whatever he likes and still get away from it in the end. Just fucking dumb, tbh. Such a brainrot kinda story, it's hilarious.
