I'm pretty sure the alpha won't let him just leave like that besides he'll just follow his dad
I'm pretty sure the tail of his dad's pheromones will stop somewhere so while the son is at school, he should pack his thumbs and run for it. I mean, he's the money maker if the family so he has a lot more options to flee. :(

Why isn't he leaving? Staying with his 'son' will only soil the memories he had with his former partner.
