It is really disappointing to see all the rape in this one compared to Full Volume where everything was consensual.

It wasn't glasses guy who told him about the sweets. It's another unknown entity (who is in ancient clothing to boot) that sent the message. Perhaps the original human host to this 'snake curse?' Or maybe that one is a legitimate deity.
