Though Devon didn’t end up with Agnes’s brother, you’re thinking of the red head who the brother liked and got with.
in the novel Devon was originally a woman, but turn a man every full moon (I think). Also, i think that was revealed much earlier in the story? the change is unnecessary.
also, to the novel readers. I don’t remember quite well but didn’t Devon ended up with Agnes’ brother? Anyways, this is ridiculous.
