Honestly the Korean translation confused me even more. I asked on hinative before the chapter got translated cause I was impatient and it made me think that's what it meant even more.
Wait so they didn't sleep together or they did cause it didn't make sense to me saying "you just wanted to have sex with me before I left" makes it sound like they did have sex. Because then according to the ex if they hadn't had sex yet he wouldn't be breaking up with him because then the ex sentence wouldn't make sense cause if they never had sex and he's breaking up with him how then he couldn't of been together only for sex and the sentence makes no sense but the given the rest of the manga it wouldn't make sense if they had sex. But this chapter seems like it does maybe the author make it seem like he'd never bottomed so that this chapter was the reveal or maybe it's just poorly worded or maybe it's just me. I do struggle with stuff like this
