He’s mentally a seventeen year old commoner who didn’t have a proper education and got through life by being a dick, ofc he’s not gonna be smart but he WILL get mature as the story goes on, he ends up studying since Rosie tells him too and he finds out that he’s actually a quick leaner lol ( he brags to everyone about how he’s a genius) later on after a timeskip of 9 years he’s definitely mature and basically back up to how he was before he lost his memories ( but he still has a slight brat like personality)
