Idk about y'all but our worst moments don't necessarily define us and with Guwon he seems to just lack understanding for what would be basic human morals since it's the apocalypse. Let's not categorize him as red flag or whatever, he's pobably just a lil confused and since his morally ambiguous decisions has kept the town running, he's probably convinced that's how it works.
